I am a professor of archaeology at California State University Long Beach where I teach and conduct research in evolutionary archaeology, remote sensing, GIS, luminescence dating, quantitative methods and a wide variety of other topics. I work on the archaeology of Easter Island, the Mississippi Valley, California and Guatemala.
